Shipping policy

Sultan's Treasure preferred shipper is Australia Post - by purchasing online the customer will consent to the use of Australia post delivery and be bound by the shippers terms and conditions of carriage. 

For cases of "no service" by Australia Post due to location or size of the product we will tender out the orders delivery to the most economical courier company. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be billed accordingly - all dispatches are to be prepaid.

Sultan's Treasure reserves the right to deny delivery - and will refund order monies to the purchaser with in 3 to 4 business days of a decision being made. 

"Free Delivery" applies to full priced items only - those items in "promotion %" "buy one get one free" or on "cost price sale" will be subjected to freight and delivery charges.  

Processing Times

All orders under goodwill and effort are processed in 1 business day of receipt.  

If something is unexpectedly out of stock we will contact the customer via email and notify them of the lack and offer a replacement, credit or refund. 

Goods ordered on a Friday after 9am will be dispatched on the following Monday 

Standard Post - We are subject to the carriage times dictated via our chosen shipper Australia Post please allow up to and beyond 10 business days for delivery of orders with Standard Shipping 

Express Post - Next day delivery around Australia is on the terms of Australia Post - Regional and outside of metropolitan locations will be subjected to the delays of location. 1 Business day processing still applies to all orders shipped from Sultan's Treasure

Tracking, Sending and Fulfillment notifications will be sent to your nominated email address - we will share this information with Australia Post so they can offer their full range of services.
